Samsung KS8000 + Netflix - no audio
Hey guys, I have a Samsung UN55KS800DF (Costco's KS8000). I have one issue which is pretty intermittent. While playing a Netflix movie or TV show, the audio just cuts out while the video continues to play normally. It's not consistent, sometimes it will happen 30 secs into the movie and sometimes 20 mins in. This issue started a few months ago, I experienced it for a few days and then it automatically fixed itself (or maybe I fixed it unknowingly). Then the last few months, all was good. Now it started happening again from the last couple of days. The sound is through the TV directly, I don't have a sound bar or home theatre. I'd appreciate your help in fixing this issue. Thanks!
