It seems as if Sony and JVC D-Cinema 4K projectors aren't the same at all. What gives? What's the actual resolution? Sony is 4096x2160 and JVC is 4096x2400. Is there no standard?

What about color temperature? D-Cinema is D.55 ( 5500K or 6300K? ) while the CIE Standard Illuminant D.65 ( 6500K or more accurately 6504K ) which more represents average natural daylight. Since HDI came out with the new LASER 3D projector, LASERs don't have the spectral limitation of Xenon, will D-Cinema finally change to the Standard Illuminant?
