Watched this the other night, I actually didn't mind it.

Frank, compadre, like I said, it isn't all that bad, it just does become forgettable soon enough. On the bright side, it gives the younger audience in our families a positive message, so I'd recommend viewing this with your children (of course, if they're old enough for the scares and violence in this one eek.gif) and without judging its flaws so as to see what they think of it after identifying with the Jaden character (which I'm sure they will). wink.gif

I have to agree. Though I will give another viewing sometime further down the track

Rented it via Redbox, a C is best grade I can give it.
The engineered monsters, really they have bio-tech to smell pheromones but cannot see any light wavelengths??

Never felt for the character development....

Yea - it's a maybe Cable TV watch is my best recommendation.

The visual/audio experience was worth seeing this on Bluray IMO. The story could have used a lot of work and was more fantasy than sci-fi despite all the 'space stuff'. Its like Pacific Rim, you have to try hard not to think about the story

I actually like pacific rim, own the bluray, and have watched it at least 5 times since buying it. A fun movie.
