This is an amazing movie. I totally loved how, to me, the ending unraveled all the innocence that led up to it. By far one of the best vampire movies out there. Get it!

I missed this movie, but picked up "Let Me In" when it released in 2011. I thought it was an excellent movie. Has anyone seen both versions and can compare the two?

I ordered this on Amazon. I agree with the review on all parts. This is definitely a surprise, and I honestly didn't have my expectations up. From the box art to the opening scene, I thought this was something like a vampire movie that is set in a classic/old time.

I watched this movie on PC only, with 1.1 sounds. (The right speaker isn't working) Can't wait to fire this up on my 7.1 maybe next week!

I thought that "Let The Right One In" was a better movie; however, I did appreciate the fact that "Let Me In" answered some of the questions I had about the original.

Thanks everyone for your comparisons. I see it can be rented via streaming so I'll check it out.

I've seen both and prefer "Let Me In" Not all that big on most foreign films and "Let the Right One In" was no exception--but I did enjoy it--just not as much. Plus I'm a big Chloe Moretz fan so the choice for me is easy.

The original is a good movie.
Not too often that an American adaptation will do justice to the story-line of an original but 'Let Me In' is an exception.

'Let Me In' isn't simply better, it's better because it is different...

I enjoyed this review though.

Let The Right One In will be studied in film classes generations from now. It's already a classic of the genre. Let Me In is a remake that made no serious missteps. Other than that, I can't think of a single reason for it to exist.
