Building a theater....expensive
Watching movies in your theater ...AWESOME
LOGANESS (who gets motion sickness) getting queasy halfway through watching Captain Phillips....PRICELESS.
I couldn't help but laugh. I told her I wanted the full movie theater experience and I guess her getting a little motion sickness means I got it! I said, "Next time, we'll watch it on a little tiny TV." She said, "I'm NEVER watching THAT movie AGAIN!"
My wife gets a little disoriented from it. I saw her put her arms up to defend herself in Frozen when something came at her from the screen... lol.
"Too much is almost enough. Anything in life worth doing is worth overdoing. Moderation is for cowards."
The sump pump ran almost continuously for two days and the basement is dry as a bone. LOGANESS notes that the operative word is "ran." The back yard looked like a river filling a lake that emptied into a mini-Niagra Falls (three little waterfalls) that finally drained into the storm drain (once I got out there and cleared all the debris covering it).
I am really glad I swapped out the the bulb-type float for the shaft-type. I just wish the range of motion of the float was longer (OK, I was GOING to type "range of motion of the shaft" but I KNOW where THAT would've headed!). It only allows about 2-3 inches of water before it turns on and off. A longer shaft would be really good. (OK, so I went there.)
Sorry couldn't resist.
Is this thing on? Anyone out there? New thread.....
(Oh, that link wasn't working for me. We're going here: 10 years is long enough - The LOGANATOR is BACK! )
