You can find them online, and at Home Depot/Lowes. I know Home Depot sells Leviton enclosures.

Thank you, just picked up an On-Q 14x14 box today at Lowes. I drilled additional holes in it to connect all my smurf tubes and built a bracket to mount it.

It came with a screw-on cover which I was thinking about cutting rectangles into large enough to then mount the wall plates. I think this would give a nice clean look and give access to all the connections while still giving me access for any changes or future upgrades.

Wonder if anyone has ever done it like that before.

Well the outbuilding theater room is officially finished. Some things are different. I added columns to each side of the screen and I acquired a second Epik Conquest as well as an Emotiva amp. The receiver has been upgraded to a Onkyp TX-NR809 which only powers the four rears as the Emotiva amp is taking care of the rest. Projector has been upgraded to a JVC HD250. I think my next project is to make all my rear speakers in-wall. Here is a video of the finished product.
