Greg - the proposed ute will make up for it

The funny thing is everything with the current build (all people involved) have been very slow to deliver (self included). Speakers were ordered 12 months ago and arrive on Wednesday

The LCR's will be 3 way.

The 10" doing ~60hz - 300

The 6" doing 300-3000

And a very special AMT driver from Mundorf (the rear of it below) doing 3000+

All fully active, most likely using the same QSC amps I use now (DCA's) and their DCP300

The 8" drivers will be for the 6 (pre atmos) surrounds, I'm yet to get a tweeter to match. Mundorf make several that would work (need to be crossed lower at ~1800-2000)

There will be two subs with the 15" drivers and 2 PR's each going down to about 16hz

There will be another 3 15" subs flat to 20hz as "balancing subs"

Yes, started yesterday afternoon with the cutting in. Just doing it in white for the time being. NB. Masters sells 10L of primer/prep for $45, same for 10L of ceiling white - happy days

...I can't decide what to do next, either the floor/riser/stage or the soffits. Wont be much happening for a little while as I have some other things to sort out around the house.

I myself was always told to start at the top and work your way to the bottom. Then you wont be constantly fixing the bottom.
