The torrent will include the covers as I mentioned before but will also have YAMJ ready poster and fanart. For kicks I also made an entry into the open internet movie database so any scraper that uses that as a resource should find it.

I love this, did we ever do one for version 1 at the movieDB? I guess this could technically work for both.

Can it also be added to IMDB for scraping?

Everyone that is currently downloading this torrent needs to STOP the torrent. If using uTorrent simply stop and remove the torrent from the list. You don't want to delete the data that you've downloaded.

After you've stopped the torrent go back to the website for this disc.

"Link removed, by Steve, per the request of AVS"

Download the torrent file again. The filename for the torrent should be the same but it should have the word "new" at the end.

Load the torrent into your torrent application and then choose to save the files to the exact same location as where you previously saved the data from the old torrent. This will cause the torrent application to begin checking the data. Once that data check is done the torrent should resume where you left off but this time it will actually complete to 100%

Sorry for the switch to a new torrent but I'm not sure what happened exactly. Something got corrupted. I will be instructing my seeds to shut off the old torrent.

I'm back to downloading, so the switch to the new torrent worked.

What's weird is that now my client reports only 11% complete, instead of the 28 or so it was before.

Whatever works is ok with me...

Thanks for all the hard work Steve.

+1 , yea me too. That really is strange because the % completion after the check should be the same.

Although I do see that availability is now 1.12 not 1.0

I went from 30% to 13% after switching.

The size of what I've downloaded already appears to be 41.5 GB. Weird. I don't have any prior experience with torrents, do they somehow reserve the disk space by creating all the files with the appropriate sizes and then simply change the bits as it downloads?

Did you stop the original torrent and restart with the new version, as indicated by Steve a few posts up?

I would pay extra too, but if you've already made and shipped mine, or don't have the capacity or desire to print the cover/disc then I'll happily accept just the media as I expected it to come.

They are there. See page #1 of this thread for every menu page.

Basically you choose the ULF sweep as usual but before playing the clip it directs you to another page confirming that you've read the warning.

Then, when the clip is playing there is also a warming.

I don't have the capacity (and to be honest, the desire) as my Epson disc printing printer broke about a year ago. Back in the day of DVD I used to print like crazy to printable discs. I thought it was the coolest thing since sliced bread at the time.

Thanks, much appreciated. Was there ever a label for Version 1? If so, was it the same as this one, but with a '1' instead of a '2'?

Ian,

The torrent application does allocate (reserve) the space on your hard drive and just as you said, it changes the bits as they come in. This is why when you relaunched the new torrent in the same allocated space as the old the torrent application had to "check" the files.

I have no idea why it only checked down to 13%. When I made the new torrent at the office, and launched it at home it checked the disc all the way to 99.9% (as expected) and then downloaded the remaining 0.01% from my office. This was only 8MB.

Oh well, we are on track now.
