I am looking for a screen for my dedicated HT room. What screen gain is best for the following HT room and projector? What brands would you recommend?

* Dedicated HT room (black ceiling, dark burgundy walls)
* Controlled ambient light (no ambient light)
* Epson 8350 projector
* 11ft throw distance
* 120" diagonal screen (this is the max size image I can get at 11ft throw - I want to have the largest screen size I can get)
* 90% watching movies, 10% video games

What screen gain would you recommend? Should I go with a low-gain gray screen? Considering I am using the max screen size at 11ft, do I need a higher gain screen(1.3?)?

Thank you!

You would be better off understanding the differences and knowing what makes one more suited than another.
Tryg (AVS Member) has reviewed many types of screens, take some time and read these reviews and see if your questions get answered.

Dalite HP 2.8 High Gain

White Gray Silver

Screen Showcase and DIY

High Gain/ Exotics

umr has done some very resent screen material testing the results can be found here but are rather technical.
