Good morning all,

I bought a new build town house and I'm in the very beginning planning phase of a small home theatre setup on my lower level.

The room is fairly small and awkwardly setup, and I was hoping to get some good ideas on how to maximize seating, viewing area and sound.

I'm hoping of seating at least 4 to 5 comfortably.

But from the very beginning I would like to just wall mount a 50-55" plasma and use my existing 3 seater couch and 2 seater love seat. As for sound I have a soundbar + sub but will be upgrading sooner than later to a 5.1 setup.

Please any ideas, I'm going nuts trying to see where I should start cabling to. I'm going to try to wire speaker cable during the build but need to know where to put it!

Room layout -

Played around with this as a layout?
