I have just about finished my HT build and I have quite a few things left over. Rather than throw them out or keep them I would prefer they went to someone who might be able to use them in their build. I don't want any money for them but would ask that if you would want them you pick them up and take everything! I live in Middleburg, VA. PM me if you are interested.

the list is:

2 rolls of Mass Loaded Vinyl 4' x 15' - 60 sf. 1lb (this stuff is heavy!)
2 putty pads
about 80' of Monoprice 12 AWG speaker wire in a box
1 tube of Green Glue Acoustical Sealant (not the Green glue inbetween drywall)
20' of 2" sound proof joist tape
4 x RSIC-DC04 Heavy Duty (HD) + Double Deflection (DD) with 1.5"x0.25" washer Acoustical Design Load Rating 72lbs
4 x RSIC-DC04X2 Heavy Duty (HD) / Double Deflection (DD) Acoustical Design Load Rating 288 lbs
40' by 54" of JM Linacoustic duct liner

I'm just going to bump this up once and add that I also have a Berkline 45003 in black microfiber. It has a buttkicker and motorised recline. It has a wedge arm on the right and nothing on the left so would only be helpful if you already have some Berklines to put it against. Like the other things I don't want anything for it but you would have to pick it up! Let me know.

Very generous of you pcarey, hopefully someone will be able to take advantage and find a home in an HT build nearby.

Just caught you post that you have some stuff for sale.

I'm getting ready to start my project and could use some of your items...

Hit me with a PM and we can talk items and price!

Thanks,

John

thanks for the interest but someone picked up everything except the Berkline recliner which is free to a good home or frankly a bad home too since I want it out of my garage!
