Hi all,
I have a dedicated room and would like to add a thermostat to my projector hushbox so that when the heat buildup reaches a certain temp, say 85 degrees, it will kick on the cooling fan.
I know its been done before, any idea's, equipment you used would be appreciated.

Domino's donÂt fall all at once, they fall one at a time...

Coolcomponents has an inexpensive fixed-temp (80 or 88F) solution for their cabinet fan products:

There are others with similar solutions - check Active Thermal Management and Cooler Guys as well...

I used an attic fan thermostat for the box found at HD and a Nutone inline fan, similar to this one:
