I didn't add those folders. Just burned it.

Seems like the menu has something missing not sure. Is there an image of what the menu should look like and how it works? I do get the flip images and it does play.but there is a bar on the bottom that just has a little blue square in it.

On edit, I found the post that shows the menu. Looks like mine.

Just bought 30 blank BDR-DL's for $85 shipped off ebay. Not bad at $2.83 each.

You might still want to consider a couple of re-writables. They're expensive, but you'll make many more coasters with BDs than you ever did with DVDs.

Once I get a working re-writable, I just copy it to a regular BD if I need to.

- Launch MultiAVCHD
- Drag and Drop the BDMV folder
- Say "YES" to enter re-author mode

- Click "Start" button
- Choose "PLAYSTATION 3" button
- Let MultiAVCHD process the files
- Navigate to the MultiAVCHD folder and locate the BDRA folder
- Copy the BDMV folder (inside the BDRA folder) and its content to your external dirve
- Rename the BDMV folder "AVCHD"

The external dirve should show as AVCHD, select the folder and the disc should launch the top menu... smile.gif

Thanks Leo, I made a mistake and didn't delete the BDMV folder and didn't move the files within that secondary BDMV folder to the root. Now I'm all good.

Watched Olympus Has Fallen the other night. The plane attack scene has some great low frequency content, and its a fairly long clip. 2 or 3 minutes of hard hitting bass.

I've read through this entire thread and wanted to thank the guys that put this together. However, I downloaded the complete torrent and I'm having a problem that I can't remember being discussed. When I try to play the files on my computer there is no sound. When I go to view the sound details for the file, everything is blank. Other blu-rays that I've ripped play fine. Am I missing something?

I'm looking for the final track listing for this demo disc. Is the list on this thread's first post the definitive content? I skimmed the whole thread rapidly but I haven't seen another list of included scenes... did I just miss it?

Volume 2 has been completed for a while, but I was waiting until I could learn the ropes of Scenarist to make a better menu for everyone to enjoy. (Not to mention all the problems I had with trying to compile the disc with multiAVCHD....).
pjvader, neutro, YuuZA and 1 others like this.

If one is going to make a simplistic assessment of the value of different alignments, it would be that sealed/IB goes the lowest, at the highest cost per dB; horns have the lowest cost per dB at the expense of size, and vented box characteristics lie in between the other two. None is inherently superior across the board, neither is any inherently inferior across the board. The one to use is the one that fits your response and output needs, available space and bank account. -BFM

Tradition dictates that it gets its own thread, with a link provided here, so stay tuned here for info.

Be advised, however, that its release is NOT imminent. Unfortunately.

I've only had a chance to try a handful of the clips yet but they were a rockin' selection! Good on ya, mate for make such a great collection! I'm really looking forward to the next volume (and any after that) as well! I thought about trying my hand at making a demo disc myself but it seems like you're cherry picking all the great scenes out of the films I would have probably used for sources in my collection. Thanks for saving me the work!

One thing though. Is there any headway on "cover" art? I can create a TAG file for each ISO image (doesn't seem to work so well for file structure copies) that shows up when I'm selecting from the 100 or so BR images I've got across the three drives connected to my media player. I sure would like to see an "official" image to use here!

Thanks again, mate!

What did you do to get the file structure right?

I am using the 550 also, followed the instructions on getting rid of the duplicate folders but it will not load the menu. I can watch one clip at a time from the stream folder but that is it.

Downloaded the other disks from scuba and they worked perfectly from the start.

I went through and fixed every folder but still will not open with menus. Can only play individually from the stream folder.

Can someone help with what else needs to be done? I am using the BDVM folder on a portable hard drive with my Neo 550. The other 3 demo discs I downloaded from people on this site all work perfectly.

I finally got this to work.

In addition to removing the zero size files and folders I had to drag and drop a several other folders into the BDVM file.
