Hi Guys, I have a problem with the Burly Brawl scene on my disc, no matter what I do the audio is out of sync and stutters. I had the same problem with the Styx clip on SuperLeos first bluray, and I fixed it by re-downloading the music section of his disc, and replacing the clip with the new one I downloaded. Could anybody possibly upload the Burly Brawl clip to an FTP site, Dropbox maybe? I can give someone access to my FTP site if need be and have you drop it on there?
If you look in the folders for this disc, in the BDMV-STREAM folder, there are all the video clips, the clip I need is 00043. it is 787 meg in size.
If anybody can help me out it would greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Fear not, I don't think it plays on anyone's system.

Pity, since it is a good one.

I have just burned my Ultimate Bass Demo Disc and it plays fine.

I am missing one thing though....in the menu where i scroll through the different clips on the disc, I see that the thumbnail is missing for the "Live Free or Die Hard - Appartment Shootout" clip. The menu just shows a black background/tile where the thumbnail is supposed to be.

The "Live Free or Die Hard - Appartment Shootout" clip plays perfectly.

Do you other guys have the same problem or am I missing a thumbnail picture in one of the folders since it doesn't show.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks again for this awesome demo disc, Jindrak. Just a quick question:

Which m2ts file is The Incredible Hulk - Sonic Cannons? I somehow deleted this from my system and wanted to measure it again, but having to re-download the whole disc is taking a long, long time. wink.gif

I'm guessing it's 00041.m2ts or 00042.m2ts, based on the alphabetical list order.

It is scene 00041, 1.79gig file size. I just looked smile.gif

scene 00042 is the street fight scene where he jumps out of the chopper.

Hello guys,
I just downloaded the torrent and its 45 gb on disk. I don't have a Blue Ray burner and use USB. two questions
1 - Does this 45 GB fits on a blue ray?
2 - I want to fit on 20 GB which is obviously not possible. Can I just select the video files from steam folder to cut it down to 20 gb?

thx.

It will fit on a dual layer blu-ray disc.

Picking and choosing what "stream folder" files that you want will really mess up the disc. Not saying that it won't sort of work for the clips that aren't removed, but...

Oh, and it is blu-ray (no 'e' in blu). wink.gif

If you don't have a blu-ray burner, how do you plan to get it on to any blu-ray disc?

I'll put it on USB. I have 20 gb space on it. Thx for the correction on blu. For some reason, I never paid attention to it tongue.gif.
Any recommendations on blu-ray burners? They seem to be around $100.00.

I have a Pioneer 2008bdk burner that I paid around $50 for from NewEgg by waiting for a savings code.

I have a slightly older LG burner that has worked well for me too. The current ones normally go for about $80. With a code, you should be able to find one for less.

The blank blu-ray media is where you will also spend some money. Even the good "alternative" options from the mainstream offerings is still pricey.

So, no, since it won't fit on your 35GB USB, you can't just "pick and choose" which files you want without re-authoring the whole thing.

Which you REALLY DON'T want to do. ;)

Pretty much, or a much larger USB stick.

***EDIT: Just got my daily email from NewEgg, I know that this is something for the "deals" section, but you were asking about blu-ray burner costs being around $100.
Here is an LG one for $60

Click Here for the LG WH14NS40

Use code EMCWXVL47 to get it to $59.99 with free shipping.

Just saying that they are available for considerably less than $100 when on sale.

Then pick up at least one re-writable BD-DL. They are expensive, but will save you from a collection of very expensive coasters.

thank you so much. Ordering one as soon as I decide where to get bd dl rewrittable from. Newegg has it but for $15. Amazon is selling 10 for $40.00 but they are all 2x speed. In reality I need only 1 to make sure I don't destroy any bd r if process doesn't work. Once the process works, bd-r is just fine. Plus it gives 6x speed.

I don't have a BD burner, so tried DLing and converting to play on my PS3 with no luck. (have tried a couple of demo discs on here, all with no luck)
I'm just too gimpy to get right.

Does anyone have links to files I can just download and play?
It would be easy enough to just have a segments in folders and sub folders?

Ok guys, I have some news I need to share with you. As you know, I was trying for several months to work on the "Version 2" of this disc, with a much cleaner and better menu structure. However, I came to realize a few weeks ago that I simply did not have the time needed to devote to getting this done and learning the in's and out's of Scenarist. As is also evidenced by my late reply to this thread. I deeply regret not being able to deliver a polished product to you guys and can only hope that in the future it can be revisited.

Wipe away the tears, get the sniffles out. Now comes the good (?) news. I have long since finished Volume 2 of this thing but was waiting to deliver the version 2 of the first volume. However, because of the events described above, I will now release Volume 2. I will also re-uplaod Volume 1, as both Discs's are now in .ISO format, so no one should have any problems burning them. More good news. While I will not have the time to make better menu's for the discs (ironic how the menu is the hardest and longest thing to make for these things), I can make a Volume 3. I already gathered a few scenes for it, and can take suggestions as to what else to put on it. More to come soon.

The grenade scene from World War Z is a beauty. there are 2 grenades, and one chopper crash, all in the span of about 2 minutes, from 1:05 to just after 1:07 that are definitely demo disc worthy smile.gif

Thanks for the update Jindrak. Count my vote a 1000x for a few scenes from Pacific Rim. It's got the most enveloping sound and thunderous bass I've heard in a long time.
