I have the HIW1s. You don't need to do this, but with only 2 I had to angle them in.

Check my 3D thread, good to see someone else putting in hardwood/laminate (although there are audio repercussions). I think I'm one of the few on AVS with laminate running around a theater room!

Projects:
NOT STARTED - Theater (Sim2 HT380, CIH 13ft wide).
IN PROGRESS (10%) - Home LAN (4 PCs).

Game room:
Epson 5040UBE, Denon S920W, Philips BDP7501, NVidia Shield TV, PS4 Pro, SI 110"

Congratulation, that is nice looking space.

Do you have any details on the Home Automation project you were looking at in your first post?

I am too, although not willingly (darn WAF.) I will admit it does look nice in the room and clean up is a lot easier with toddlers, but it's not so great on reflections.

The system is one I'm constructing my self with INSTEON / IR. My media is already contained with MythTV and XBMC. I have dedicated virtual machines for all of my frontends with everything enclosed in the cabinet.

Finished the wetbar area. Pics are up top! Waiting for my tiler to actually do the 3rd row. He's going to wait until the bathroom is finished so he can knock it all out downstairs.

Anyone have suggestions for designs on the 3rd row? Also looking to do some acoustical work in the room as there's a lot of echo that makes the highs/mids take over the room.

Sounds like a good reason for a nice monsterous line array for your front stage.
