Need advice on riser width. Room is 20ft wide. The Fusion Lagoon 1011 seats I will order are curved and 134.75" from end to end.
Planning on making the risers 7' long and 8" high with 2 layers of plywood with tar paper/felt in between the plywood.
I've read up quite a bit on it but couldn't exactly find a good conversation regarding width. I've used the riser height calculator which recommends 10.25" height for the risers so I'm thinking with the added plywood and felt I should be just about right. I don't really want to go wall to wall as my ceilings are only 8' in height. How many inches/feet wide to play it safe?

Thank you.

I prefer wall to wall. Consider building a 6 inch riser and a 2 inch booster riser under the base of the seats.
