If you have not looked at it yet, I suggest you look at the Summer Fun link in Big's signature. The room dimensions are very close to yours, so it can provide a good idea of what you can do in your space.

Keep in mind that placing speakers in a wall and hanging a screen over them is never a good idea. You will likely cause comb filtering to be introduced. Screens usually require a minimum distance between material and speaker to mitigate acoustical artifacts.

I am very happy to report that I enjoyed a long extensive phone conversation with Jeff aka Big last night. His feedback and valuable advice was very much appreciated. I am so thankful to have found a wonderful community of people who are willing to share their expertise and knowledge. Can't wait to share with you all what is to come..........The BWI build from a female perspective....lol
