I'm building my theater and will put a stage in front of the screen. I will have subs in both front corners sitting on the stage. Do I lose a lot by putting sand in the cavities just where the sub sits and filling the rest with r19?

I'm on first floor over crawl space, so the weight of complete stage filled with sand too much I assume
