Looking for opinions on carpet. I think we have it narrowed down to these two. Walls will be GOM anchorage black above chair rail and anchorage red delicious below. All black trim

In the picture, I like the top one, but it's hard to tell if it will be too busy in the room.

Looks like this will be an awesome remodel. What PJ are you planning to light a 150" wide screen?

Dude, are you made of leprechauns? Cause that was awesome!

It will be a Sony 50es with an Isco XL and a cineslide. I will have total light control with dark walls and carpet so hopefully it will be bright enough.

We got the star ceiling installed. Still have to cut the fibers closer to the ceiling but waiting until the room is closer to completion for that. My wife and I did all the work on the panels ourselves. It's 4 4x8 sheets of MDF wrapped in GOM making an 8x16 ft star field.

Beautiful work on that starfield! I also prefer the top carpet in the pic above.

Here is a mock up of a column I'm thinking about incorporating into the room. I will probably have two of these on each side wall.

The carpet is coming in on Thursday and hopefully we will be ready for install early next week. Had to buy a lot more fabric track. It gets pricey but I think it will be worth it in the long run.

Hi Jason - coming along great!

I like the look of your crown molding - can you give any more details on it? Is it 1, 2, or 3 pieces? Where did you purchase it? I'm adding some in my bedroom and having a hard time picking a profile...

Thanks!
