I am getting installation quotes for carpet. Did most of you guys carpet behind the false wall or just on the stage up to the false wall?

3/8" Serenity Mat.................then Linacoustic RC on top of pad behind screen.

At the price I paid for carpet, there was no reason for carpeting behind screen area since will never be seen by curious eyes.............

Speakers pedestals and sub sit directly on 3/8" Serenity Mat............and Linacoustic RC on rest of mat not covered by speakers.

I've seen acoustic foam egg crate type.

Carpet and pad would be fine............I just personally thought it was a waste, especially with having an almost full roll of Linacoustic left over.
