Hi Ted, I very much appreciate the design guides you guys offer - that's why I've bought from you in the past. I think you need to put yourself in my shoes though - I spend hundreds of hours working on a project, and when something is wrong with the materials it really throws a wrench into things and the resultant real cost can be a large multiple of the materials cost that caused it. It's not very easy on the ears to experience this and have the supplier tell you that they were aware of the issues, or say 'we didn't make the stuff'.
Anyways, I got an order placed with John today and he replaced the caulk for free and I paid the shipping. So we're back on track.
