Hi Guys, I've a closet that I want to turn into a wet bar. Here is a picture of it.

I'm open to ideas/suggestions as I've not seen enough pictures of small bars to make a good decision.

I want it to have a small sink with a water faucet. Microwave, Wine rack, Ice maker, and small fridge. Obviously some of the items will be small, but I'm trying to maximize the use of the space. I'd appreciate the input.

So the wall on the back is a bathroom. The one on the right of the pic is the laundry room. It has a vent/drain stack where the bathroom's sink drains to. It also has the copper pipes that feed the sink. I was thinking of tapping into those.

The laundry is unfinished.

The unfinished laudry room helps.

You need to run hot/cold water to the new area = fairly easy.

Vent stack = harder unless you know exactly where it is. Given you have both a bathroom/laundry room adjacent, shouldn't be too bad.

Drain = hardest. There will be some destruction (jackhammering, etc. )involved to tie it into the bathroom.

Overall, though, not a bad project since everything is already run close to where you want to tie in.

not sure that he can't just run a pipe horizontally above floor level (with a slope) and tap into the Laundry drain stack if it is visible. depends on the distance. Probably could bring a studor valve into the equation if if is longer distance than allowed. From memory it is something around 4 ft +/-.
