Screen hanging question

Hi,

I'm starting to put together a small home theater and am trying to figure out the best way of putting in the screen I want. See attached diagram.

I'm planning to install a 105 inch wide 16:9 AT screen in front of a 10 foot wide wall. There's a window in the middle 4 feet off the floor that I have blacked out. The trouble is that there is a door off to the side that limits the distance between the screen and the wall to 12 inches. Once I attach the speakers to the wall, that gap becomes 8.5 inches.

Does this plan make sense? If it does, what's the best way of hanging a screen 12 inches away from the wall?

Typical goal post design should work fine. Try searching this forum for "goal post".
