Rustic Theater & Basement Build

Starting our theater and basement finish today. Bought the start of all our supplies today going to be fun. Hoping the theater and theme of basement looks similar to this.

I guess my first question, roofing felt under the riser and stage? This will be going over concrete. I didn't buy PT wood. Should I put down a layer of roofing felt?

If you're building wall on slab........Pt is a must for bottom plate and will be code across all 50 States.

And if you are not in the US, then you might want to research the use of pressure treated lumber in an interior application.
