Looking for a build from a year or two back.

Hi all. I remember seeing a dedicated theatre that did either dual or quad subs opposing each other in a small room size IB cavity behind the screen. Does anyone remember who did this?

Thanks,
Robb

just dawned on me the one local IB theater I've been in is a double. It made my pants legs flutter when standing in the right places on the back riser.

Flaming Oak Cinema (A Cathan Production)

Maybe it was KNKKNK's first theater? It was a masterpiece.

This post shows the IB room.

Yes Dear, I'm down here working on your craft room!!

Saga of the "Old Vic" is another one. One of my favorites.

Thank you all, those three are exactly what I am looking for. Need to throw it past my wife and our builder to keep pipes and HVAC out of the way for the eventual basement theatre build.

Just an opinion, in a space constrained world, carving out enough for a IB chamber may not be the best investment of space if you short change yourself for room needed for a screen wall and space behind the back row of seating. Perfectly acceptable bass response is achievable with in room DIY sub-woofers.
