Best Coaxial Cable to run

I live in a NYC apartment and am running new coaxial cable for FIOS in the future and for Time Warner Cable right now.

What is the best coaxial to run? RG-6, RG-6UG , RG-7 or RG-11?

Thanks so much.

I've read a lot of responses but they appear to be years old. Thanks again.

RG6. You may want to run RG6QS if you're in a dense apartment / high-rise...

Not what you want. RG7 and RG11 are for long distance industrial applications. The best spec cable for residential is RG6QS. And the QS (quad shield) is optional for most home applications.
