So with Elon Musk Promoting the Powerwall, I got to thinking about the usefulness of the Powerwall battery for Home Theaters.

In the past I've seem a lot of money spent by the truly dedicated (some would say obsessed) Home Theater devotees on Power conditioners, Isolation transformers, UPS, Surge protectors and maybe even generators to provide clean uninterrupted power to their theater gear. It would seem that the $3000-$3500 battery system might solve all these issues. It could be set up in totally isolated environment off the power grid during use and I imagine provide fairly "noise free" power. You would charge it up when you are not using the theater. You could even opt for solar collectors to take it off line.

Not an Apple-boi, but like this idea if it scales and a fuel source becomes readily available. Two big ifs, I know.
