Sound absorb panel ideas

I got my home theater walls painted, riser and carpet installed. Next is I'm looking for ideas on how to design or put up wall panels that will help absorb sounds. Suggestions/links are much appreciated.

This episode of Home Theater Geeks had TONS of great info about absorption and diffusion - placement, how much, how thick. Good, good stuff.
