Forgive my ignorance, but I can't seem to find out if there are any more 3D displays coming out in the next couple months or so. Nothing available right now really fits my needs perfectly (I need at least 55 inches, active 3D, full LED backlighting rather than edge-lit, PAL compatibility and adjustable or defeatable smart-dimming or none at all, and no higher than $2500.) There's a couple I'd settle for, but would like to know if I should wait for something that I'd be more happy with. I'd be glad to go with passive 3D if they can do it without the visible scan lines, and PAL compatibility is essential but I can work around the other stuff if I have to.

Lots of active displays are one to 2 months from coming out. They should also drive down the prices of the older models.

I will. The Mitsubishi WD-73742. One can get the WD-73740 much cheaper once this one is out.
