hello,I am new in the forum and I am just getting in the 3d technology so I would need some help with an issue I've got:
until a few days ago I was able to watch (using 3dglasses) 3D SBS movies directly from my laptop via HDMI cable to my HD TV,using the 3d options of my TV (changing to side by side), but the problem is now that suddenly and without changing any setting, either on laptop or on TV, I cannot any more! The SBS immage is being transfered to the TV screen as on the laptop but the SBS option does not fuses the 2 half screens, the 2 SBS immages are not being overlapped completely! And I am still using the same files - movies I did before (usually 1080p). Does anybody have any idea why is this happening?

laptop toshiba sattelite intel core I5 2450M CPU - 2.5 GHz , 6 G RAM
Sony bravia KDL40HX753

Thank you

Double check your scaling/overscan options in the graphics control panel on your laptop so that the image takes up the entire screen. And set your tv to just scan.

Thank you ssjLancer! I did it, well done!
The aspect ratio/full screen option was the problem.
