3D is not working with this type of 3D. SBS works well though. - AVS Forum

So i got my self a few 3D movies to test them on my new PANASONIC vt30 65'' plasma. Side-by-side 3d movies are great , i mean great quality and 3d works great. But i got this movie that even when i put my glasses on and press 3D on my remote , its still kind of blurry.

The movie is ''Friday the 13th part 3'' from 1982

This is called "Anaglyph 3D" where the 2 eye views are separated by colour tinting to red and green: it's an old method of 3D meant to be viewed with glasses with red and green lenses, perhaps a pair of glasses was included in with the Bluray.

I don't think TVs are able to convert Anaglyph to the passive or active 3D format that is being used now: this 3D must be viewed as normal 2D on the TV and those red/green glasses used.
