I had some issues originally getting the 3D to work on the TV, but I finally got it to play 3D blu rays. The problem now is that the 3D picture is not entirely in 3D (a lot if it is blurry like viewing withouy glasses). It seems like the close stuff is all in 3D whereas the other stuff in the background stays blurry.
I am not sure if the glasses I am using are at fault, they are simply some Real-D 3D glasses I got from cinemark the other day (they work on my brothers LG so I figured they would work on this).
Has anyone ever experienced this? Its difficult to explain, even in the menu of the blu ray the text is sort of side-by-side, looks the same with and without the glasses.
And not all Active 3DTV Glasses are the same....in addition to using different transmission systems (some Universal Active 3D Glasses support multiple systems), they are color-matched to each manufacturer's set. So if you decided to buy Active Glasses from other than the set's manufacturer, you might want to be sure that they are not only compatible but also INTENDED for your 3DTV. Hence, there is no such thing as completely compatible Universal Glasses for BOTH Samsung and Panasonic....the color balance is a bit different.....if you care about such things....
