Why not a fixed frame screen if its a dedicated theater room. The 3 screens you show are for three different room setups.
1. Acoustic screen if you are placing the speakers behind the screen.
2. Cine white for a dark colored light controlled room.
3. Gray screen for room lighting issues or light colored walls for better contrast
most retractable screen will develop wrinkles if they aren't tab tensioned.
