I have a Mits. 73837 DLP TV, which I hear will do 3D. I have seen an Nvidia box which gives you some 3D capabilities but does anyone have recommendations for 3d HD DVD players and glasses they believe will work with the system?

3D HD-DVD players? Hmm, I don't think that will ever happen.

Now for broadcast and 3D Bluray? Mistu as come up with a converter!

First, you're going to need the Mitsu adapter discussed in the topic Lee provided a link to.

At that point, you have your choice of sources:

Cable
Already offering limited 3D content in many areas (Comcast, TWC, Cox, Cablevision); all you need is a HD cable box with HDMI.

DBS
DirecTV will send a software update to it's HD boxes for the 3 new 3D channels they will offer in June. No word from Dish Network as yet.

Blu-ray
3D players are just hitting the market and Mitsu has a unit that can do 3D without the adapter mentioned above (still needed for other sources).

Computer - Gaming & Internet Streaming
The NVIDIA '3D Vision Bundle' will work with quite a few recent GeForce graphics cards, assuming your computer also has enough processing power, HDMI, etc. See the NVIDIA web site for details. A number of other computer 3D options are also available.
