Coming out in November 2011. Good idea as both hands can steady the camcorder against your face and you're looking through the viewfinder with both eyes wide open. At least it appears to be an interesting concept.

The binoculars I remember from old plane spotting days had cups on the viewfinders which fitted over the eyes, these don't appear to have those. I'm not sure if this is going to help increase the immersive effect when you're looking at 3D subjects. Maybe it's not important. They do look good though and look like another great way of creating 3D content of your own.
