Hello my setup:

Samsung HL61A759 DLP 3D Ready ... Onkyo TX-NR616

Panasonic DMP-BDT320 ... and the 2D to 3D convert dont work ...

My second configuration:

Samsung HL61A759 DLP 3D Ready ...
Panasonic DMP-BDT320 ... and the 2D to 3D convert dont work ... too ...

Question:
We need the Mitsubishi 3DA-1 ... for the player to understand that you have a TV with 3d ... ready ...

Ps:if the player plays 3d movies ... the tv ... receiver and player .... plays the 3d .... but if plays 2d movies ... the player not display the menu 2d to 3d ......all the components has the last firmware....

Somebody with the same situation...

Possible Explanation:

The panasonic blu ray with 2D to 3D conversion ... the method used "side by side", if the Bluray does not detect that option in the TV ... show a menu on the screen "option not available" the old DLP tvs use checkerboard will not run the option.

I read from other forums only Panasonic and LG TVs have the option to process "side by side" (to be confirmed).

It is important to say, for this option to work on panasonic players (2d to 3d) should have an "adapter" that tells the panasonic it can process side by side.

I experienced similar results with the Panasonic DMP-BDT220 connected to a Mitsubishi WD-73640; it also did not work when I tried it with a Mitsubishi WD-60738 DLP TV. However, when I connected both of the TVs to a Sony BDP-S590 and engaged the 2D to 3D option on that player, both TVs recognized the signal and automatically went into 3D mode. So it is obvious that the feature will work with DLP TVs, but only with certain Blu-ray players.

I think it's 3D system had commented earlier ... Just a few queries:

- The player panasonic was in full 3hd/side by side / chechkboard.
- TVs that if they worked 3d conversion .... use a system side by side ... depends on the year of manufacture ... I think in 2010 ... all have this specification ... side by side 3d ...

And the most important:

- If I connect the player to 3da-1 panasonic mitsubishi .... which is an adapter that converts all signals 3d ... a checkerboard ... that is the one that uses the DLP 3D Ready .... works the 3d conversion?
