Hey everyone,

I just returned from the 2010 Salon Son & Image AV show in Montreal (Canada) and wanted to share my comparison with you between a Samsung 3D TV and a Sony 3D TV that were demonstrated at the show.

The difference between the two companies' implementation are surprisingly different. While one worked very well, the other was rather disappointing.

Check out my write-up here:

What'd you guys think? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Interesting points. To me, the Sony demo (at the Sony Style store here in Tampa) has been the most impressive to me of the three 3dtv's being displayed. The Best Buy Samsung display was the least impressive due to the brightness rapidly dropping in and out. I really liked the Panasonic model, but found that their glasses are by far the most uncomfortable as they were too big and had to be held on with my hands. None of the three are good enough yet for me to purchase. I, like a lot of people, are anxiously awaiting the Vizio offerings later this year to see how they match up.
