That sounds like a great deal. I see you live in NY. I got this bridge that runs from Manhattan to Brooklyn and its for sale real cheap you might be interested in. Its a white van scam don't be fooled into those outragous specs.

How hard did you look? A lot of info on Volare products came up on Yahoo-most of it from Volare. Seeing as how you can get them on eBay brand new for ~$300 with a 74-inch screen, I'll bet it isn't what might be called a decent system.

Volare, Optimax, and 3D Optics are definitely total scams. Stay far away from them.

Such horribly poor equipment that indeed, I would say the sell-you-a-bridge comment is fully warranted smile.gif

After i bought, i was excited to see it work but the projector had a noisy fan and it was not the brightest.  Within 1 hr. of use, i was quickly disappointed to see a black large blotch that appeared on the screen.   As the projector heats up this black blotch appears.  I left message on Volare customer support page with no return contact.   Also, the screen does not retract up and is also defective.   I wish someone from Volare reads this.as i would like to return both items for replacement.

"includes a proprietary concentrated HDMI port allowing for enhanced signal pathways"

That's the language of a scam. Amazon has a few harshly-worded reviews.

ONE BIG PIECE OF $HIT.... Not even a month, and the lamp goes out... Can't find a replacement and could not fix it if I had the part.

They got me once...  Never again...I brought the HD/18K   Bull$hit
