$50 rechargeable 3d glasses good?

Anyone know if these $50 rechargable glasses are good?

I also need replacement batteries for my pannasonic glasses. Are these Energizer Cr2032 a good choice? The 5 pack sells for cheaper than the 4 pack. Should I buy the 5 pack?

4 pack:

5 pack
