I have not heard the CT-150 but I have heard the YAS-101. I liked the Yamaha. I prefer soundbars with HDMI connectivity and a subwoofer but it sounded as good as possible without either. Do you have any concerns with method of connectivity, mounting, or placement of the soundbar/subwoofer? If so, that will affect things. All things equal, I would go with the Sony.

The Yamaha produces decent bass without a subwoofer but I would prefer a sound bar with a subwoofer.

The 101 allows you to add your own subwoofer. And the 201 is the same as the 101 but comes with a wireless sub.
