I have a SONY CT150 soundbar in a room 25' x 20' with 12' ceiling,
and have trouble understanding the voices. Any idea will be appreciated

I'm in a similar room, new house. If it's echo's you need to look at adding more upholstered cushions, pictures, cloth drapes, wood stands etc. to take away the echo effect. We have improved the sound but are still working at it bit by bit.

Adjust the center channel upwards and the L/R channels down until the voices sound intelligible. Size of the room should not be an issue with the CT-150 as it is capable of fairly high output.

You may also need to lower the output to the woofer. Too much low frequency can muddy voices.

You are looking to maximize the center channel and frequencies from 260hz to about 2500hz.
