Hi!

I have recently bought a Sony HT-CT660 soundbar. I love the soundbar, but i have one problem. I can't get any sound from my PC.

I have connected the TV and PS4 in my soundbar via HDMI and my PC via optical.

I could get the PC sound to work when I had just the optical cable connected in my soundbar. But as soon as i connected my TV and PS4 via HDMI, the PC sound stopped working.

Can anybody help me with this?

You should probably connect your PC via analog.

Switch the audio settings for your HDMI output on the PC to 16/24-bit 48khz PCM and you should be fine.

I've gotten the PC sound to work. But I have to change the ARC setting to off on my soundbar. And change it back to on when I want to watch TV.

Would really love to find a way other than to switch ARC to on or off everytime, but at least I got PC sound.
