I would be a little cautious... as although the box art looks correct, the Amazon description of the starter kit states:

Quote:

2 Pairs Of Samsung - Battery-Operated 3D Glasses
One 3D Blu-ray Movie Title "Shrek 3D"
3D Shutter Glasses Enable Viewer (Huh?!?!?)LED-LCD HDTVs 7000, 8000 And 9000 Series LCD HDTV 750 Series

I just received an email from Amazon saying they switched my starter kit from the HTTYD kit to the Shrek kit. Woohoo!

Awesome glad it worked out for you, I should be getting my shrek kit today, although it was quite a process in getting it, I had to order while on the phone with the rep, & their refunding me the price but that takes 2-3 days so I am out $500 for those 2-3 days.

How are the glasses packaged within the kits? Are they "naked" or packaged in the same triangular thin cardboard boxes within the larger kit case box that the a la carte glasses are packaged in for retail sale?

In the shrek kit, they were naked, just suspended by a cardboard insert.

If you're looking for resale of the glasses, the blu-ray case just slides out easy.

59 Blu-rays and counting...

Thanks; I'd received the Kit by the time I got your response though.

Sold a pair of glasses on Amazon which paid for the price of the Kit. At least on Amazon Marketplace, it's interesting to me to note that the Monsters vs. Aliens and HTTYD Kit prices have stayed higher longer than the Shrek Kit, which of course offers more movies.

My guess would be Megamind since its Dreamworks & no hint of a wide 3DBD release
