I bought Hugo 3D for £9.99 from play.com. It has gone up in price since. I wondered how cheaply people had found 3D blu rays. I'm not interested in eBay because this is quite a dodgy source.

First off, eBay is not a dodgy source. Just buy off of people that have high feedback percentage. If they sell you a fake or broken blu-ray, you get your money back.

I recently bought "Gnomeo & Juliet," (for my girlfriend :P) for $10 (Canadian), at Best Buy.

I am also having a dilemma on which 3d Blu-ray player to buy for my LG TV. And yeah eBay is not so dodgy though I prefer looking and buying stuff at Amazon or Best Buy. I am thinking if I am going to get Sony or LG.

Resident Evil Afterlife seems to consistently be one of the cheapest full length, live action movies at $22-23 on amazon.

The Imax 3D titles released by Image Entertainment (Ultimate Wave, Grand Canyon, Legends of Flight, etc.) typically sell for between $13-$15 on Amazon.com; 7 Wonders of the Solar System 3D also goes for $12.50 on Amazon. Definitely a good place to look for cheap 3D.

Bestbuy has about 40 3D titles $19.99 and less. If you have some old DVD's that you don't need, they will give $5 each if used to purchase a Blu-ray $9.99 and above.

I took this offer to bring home several titles at $14.99.
