How to play HFR 48/60 FPS mede8er??

I have The hobbit and so on, but it seems like the mede8er stalls out on 23.97 fps, and i have set te frame rate to auto and the 23.97 to OFF:
So it should have picked up a faster frame rate IF my AVC file wich are about 70 GB has higher frame rate, im not sure?
I have a BENQ w1300 and it can play 60FPS so im sure my hardware can handle it.
I need some advise here..

I had only two shots at seeing the HFR at my "local" cinema wich is about a couple hour drivig away so i Guess i need to handle this myself..

Are you referring to the home release of The Hobbit? They have all been 24 frame so far. Currently nothing in the works for 48 frame, that I've heard.

This line intentionally left blank.

Nope. It has not been supported up until the new UHD standards.
