Bob showed me the next-to-final master last night and it was excellent. The story is told in semi-documentary fashion covering the final days of the war and is pretty engaging, though you will notice the acting is not always the best. This is expected since none of the soldiers are played by real actors. The 3-D photography - 99% filmed on location in Korea 1.5 miles from the line - is outstanding. And the sound - wow! 3.0 stereo with some directional dialog and a really wide dynamic range. I'll have more to say once I get a chance to review the final master, but if you're a fan of vintage 3-D films this will be a safe pre-order.
