I tried to purchase this TV from BuyDig, and had a bad experience. It took 8 days to arrive, and when we plugged it in, it was defective, apparently having internal cracks to the screen. As per their instructions, I refused the shipment, and BuyDig promised to replace it. That was April 29. Their communication was terrible... I had to call them two days later to verify a replacement was coming, because I never received an email and my order status online did not reflect the new situation.
Finally on May 9, the new order was showing online, but was listed as out of stock. When I called them, they told me they will not be getting any more of this television. Didn't bother to notify me... I had to call them. Only good thing I can say about them is that at least it appears the refund is being handled promptly. But nearly three weeks have gone by, I still don't have a television, and it appears that low price options for this television are drying up fast.
