Anyone have on of these or have a link for a review. I cant find anything on it. Sams has them for $1148 and its really looking like a nice set for the money.

I picked mine up at Costco a couple of weeks ago doe $1099 although when I went there yesterday they are now selling the 55LM6700 for the same price. From what I read in THIS thread it closely matches the LM6700 with some minor differences.

So far I'm torn on the TV. I'm close to being happy with it but the statements of these not having true 120Hz panels is disconcerting. Also, I experience some very brief visual lag sometimes that makes it seem as if the video processor is underpowered for what it's being asked to do.

Huh? Neither my local Costco, NOR costco.com sell LG TV's at all. (?) Do you have a link to this thing?

Java developers, when I saw what has been placed into Java 8 I was immediately reminded of how I've spent so much of my life trying to protect engineers from themselves. Lambda expressions are a horrible idea. Gentlemen: the goal isn't to make code readable for a competent mid-level engineer. The goal is to make code readable for a competent mid-level engineer exhausted and hopped up on caffeine at 3 am. What a disaster Java 8 is!

I never saw it online so I cannot post a link but they are sold in my warehouse.

Here is the thread from my earlier post with folks discussing the TV.....

Oh, I believe you. Just pissed off at my local Costco.

I am in the same position. I got my LM6400 at Thanksgiving but had to pay an extra $21 in taxes due to a rebate.

I'm really tempted to exchange it for the 6700. Partly because I bought it using my brother's membership and even though I paid for everything, the warranty info has my brother's name on it.

Update I bought this set a little over a month ago now and I have to say I am very happy with it. Great picture and 3d works great. Matched it up to a Onkyo HT-S5500 and the family loves movie time.
