I bought a refurb espresso maker via Woot. They have THE WORST customer service. I don't know if it's better with bigger purchases but I personally wouldn't trust Woot with a TV purchase.
The issue with my purchase was a missing part. Long story short they told me my only option was to return it. I ended up doing some research and found out who the vendor was. 1 simple phone call to them and I had the part shipped free. Woot could have simply done this.
Really? SERIOUSLY? You won't call your OWN VENDOR on your customers behalf and do the right thing and take care of your customer?
