Was browsing Amazon today and came across the page for Toshiba's upcoming 4K UHD monster, the L9300U. MSRP is $20K. Amaxon lists it as "temporarily out of stock," but a quick search of other online retailers reveals that it looks like this TV isn't actually available yet -- other website are like Paul's are taking pre-orders at $17,000. Currently Amazon lists at more than $7,000 below that, at a whopping $9,969.17. Also included is 2% rewards in Amazon promo credit:

Toshiba's other 2013 models seem to be getting lukewarm reviews on Amazon and CNet, but we can assume the 84" is using a decent quality panel common to the LG and Sony 4K UHD sets, which just puts the upscaling and local dimming performance into question.
In any case, it's out of stock. Who knows when it will be out but perhaps Amazon will honor the price when they become available if it's a fluke.
